At Ozysa, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 04 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Certain products such as personal care items, perishable goods, and digital products are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
